1. 什么是域名隐私保护？
whois域名注册信息保护服务是一种域名增值服务，即通过一定的技术手段保护用户提交的重要注册信息（注册联系人、管理联系人、技术联系人、缴费联系人信息）不在whois数据库中公开显示。 通过此项服务，可以保护用户的个人隐私不被公开，减少垃圾邮件、垃圾短信和针对个人信息的窃取等。 注意：域名隐私保护服务仅限于不在域名whois数据库中公开用户所登记的有关注册信息，并不表示西部数码对该信息具有保密义务。

2. 设置域名隐私保护
注意：西部数码的域名隐私保护服务目前只支持.com/.net/.cn/.中国 后缀的域名。 登录后，点击“管理中心-域名管理-申请whois保护”，进入域名隐私保护页面。 在域名隐私保护页面，选择已经通过邮箱认证的隐私保护邮箱，确认提交。 系统自动生成隐私保护的对外信息，一般在whois查询时会显示我司的公共信息，预留的邮箱为 whoisagent@west263.com

3. 批量操作
在域名批量操作功能中，可以批量开启或关闭域名的whois保护功能。
